How can we
help?
Halia is a quiet app. We try to keep support quiet too. Most things can be answered in a single email — usually within a working day, sometimes the same hour.
Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, pick Halia, tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for the Halia charge.
How do I delete my account?
Open Halia, go to You → Delete account. We mark the account for purge with a thirty-day grace period; signing back in cancels. After thirty days every row in your account and every photo in storage is removed.
How do I export my data?
Write to privacy@halia.app. We send a machine-readable archive within thirty days.
Is my photo data safe?
Yes. Photos are sent to our AI partner (Anthropic) only for the reading, Beauty Dossier, inspiration, outfit, or wardrobe analysis you request. We do not sell them, use them for ads, or opt them into model training. Anthropic states that API inputs and outputs are not used for model training by default and are deleted from its backend within thirty days except for misuse, legal, or contractual exceptions. They live in your account on Convex storage and are deleted when you delete your account. More in Privacy.
Why does Halia ask to send notifications?
Only the evening nudge — once a day, never on weekends unless you ask, never marketing. You can opt in (or out) any time from You → Notification window.
Restore a previous purchase?
Open the paywall and tap Restore. Apple will verify your receipts and reinstate your plan.
Is Halia medical?
No. Halia is guidance, not medicine. Nothing in the app diagnoses, treats, or cures any condition. If something worries you, please see a qualified clinician.
